I remember those segments ("CP Time") fondly. There's a brief description on #Wikipedia, which states that the "motto" you mentioned ("Remember, we're for the culture.") is a reference to "Colored people's time"... Check here: en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?t and look for "CP Time with Roy Wood Jr. (February 2018–)" for that.

If you have not already gotten the chance to check out political improvisational comedy show "Have I Got News For You" on CNN, you need to.

Each episode usually contains one right-leaning person who gets treated with kid gloves in the extremely-woke culture of the show, but the first episode back after the break had an elected Republican, Tim Burchett, and these comedians get some... interesting ...reactions out of him.
