Next is the only one I've heard of - #Rosegarden .
This interface is a bit overcomplicated? Function is worse. No apparent facility to just combine two blocks of MIDI events into one, and copy&paste between them seems not to be available. This seems to be primarily intended for recording rather than score editing anyway.
Really at this point I think I'd waste less time just drawing the whole thing by hand.
What other options are there?
