Gary Hammond<p>Two large onions lightly browned, 2 medium swedes, 8 carrots, 1 large celeriac, 4 pints of vegetable stock. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Blitz until it looks like this… then serve with fresh bread.
