#LesFicFri "RELAX"

She wondered whether she should ask permission, but Polly had not pulled away. Veronica closed the gap and her lips tingled as they touched Polly’s. The feeling was, in its uniqueness, as stimulating as when Polly had stroked her nipples.

Even though it was dark she closed her eyes and pushed her lips harder against Polly’s. Their noses touched side by side. The tenseness went out of Polly and she relaxed into Veronica’s embrace. Her arms encircled her mistress in return.

Then Polly’s lips separated, and they were pressed so tight hers could only follow suit. Veronica breathed Polly’s breath.

She could barely contain herself, she desperately wanted to moan but dared not in case Mr Plumley heard them. What would he think if he knew? The thought excited her.

‪80th read of 2025:

The Broposal by Sonora Reyes

Kenny and Han were incredibly sweet guys who you just wanted the best for, and they couldn't get a single break. Han's struggles with immigration and as an undocumented person felt too real in our current moment.

While I appreciated initially Reyes tackling men in abusive relationships, especially biphobia, by the final parts with Jackie, it was too much. It felt too evil woman in a gay male romance trope (derogatory).

3/5 stars
