Let's call it a day :)

- Enemy bullets now uses the same blit settings as their parents.
- Added area limit checks in all the movement commands.
- Fixed a bad behaviour with sound fx & enemy contact.
- Fixed a bug in enemy bullets disappearing: too long to describe it in these little space :)
- Added a new property to the enemy definition: bulletSpeed that is used to set the speed of its own bullets.
