Deborah Apthorp<p>Hey <a href="https://aus.social/tags/rstats" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>rstats</span></a> pals, <a href="https://aus.social/tags/renv" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>renv</span></a> is kicking my BUTT! Really trying to create a <a href="https://aus.social/tags/reproducible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>reproducible</span></a> version of our results for a paper, but package installations keep failing. The latest one is that <a href="https://aus.social/tags/readxl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>readxl</span></a> needs to install as part of <a href="https://aus.social/tags/tidyverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tidyverse</span></a>, and I am getting totally incomprehensible error messages from Command Line Tools like "error: 'gid_t' has not been declared"! <a href="https://aus.social/tags/help" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>help</span></a> (Just to note that readxl and tidyverse work FINE in my normal workflow.)</p>
