k is a Sierpiński number if k*b^n+1 is always composite. PrimeGrid found that when b=5, k=67612 isn't a Sierpiński number because 67612*5^5501582+1 is prime – and it's 3,845,446 digits long. Only 27 k-values remain!

Just saw the 8th & final episode of this, the 3rd season of #WheelOfTime, on #Amazon #Prime & frankly I was disappointed.

A few subplots were further developed & 1 key character was killed off & an evil one is created instead, while one was not killed (as we were led to believe would happen) & another key character finds her inner power & yet another key character takes a further step towards the ultimate ending of the story but we'll all have to wait at least a year until the next season is released to find out what happens to all of the key figures in the show.

Oh well . . .

#Prime #WheelOfTime season 3 is very untertaining. And so beautiful. I like it a lot.

But, I DNF yet again the books. Even with Rosamund PIKE audio narration, I can't overcome how a bloated mess Robert JORDAN writing is. And this is frustrating and infuriating.

I recall an author brawl between him & Terry GOODKIND. But I did devour the complete #SwordOfTruth saga. And I stil recall to this day D’Hara with nostalgia and Kahlan, Richard, Cara, Nicci & alii with fondness.

I wish the best to Rafe JUDKINS project but I’m dropping Jordan’s books. It’s beyond me.
