From this article about how bad life was before vaccines:

'Out of the nearly 2 million children who received the vaccine in 1955, only one died. Every corner of the U.S. had victims before the vaccine.

Even my tiny grade school of 100 children in 1950s Nebraska had two polio victims, one of them known as “Skippy” for his gait with braces, and both dragged themselves around while the rest of us screamed and chased each other on the playground.'

@EndIsraeliApartheid 440 Soldiers killed, compared to what 60K of civilians in gaza! And the german government is still not outraged? I thought we had rules for that, I believed germany had learned from the past. I‘m exhausted, frustated, angry and very very sad. Shame on you Mr. Merz and shame on you Mr. Wadepuhl, you have the ability and the power to change german politics! #cdu #israel #palestine #gaza #genocide #neveragain #zionism #idf

Westerbork was a World War II transit camp just south of #Groningen in the Netherlands. Most of the Jews deported from the Netherlands passed through its gates. Today the site is home to a mix of radio telescopes, memorials, and a small museum.

This is not a period of mankind's history that we should ever repeat.
