Last night I slept late, which resulted in waking up late today, which resulted in worsening my depression for the day. A good sleep pattern is very important and I know it. But sometimes I fail to convince myself to sleep on the right time. Like I'm enjoying some read. I didn't give up for today, though. I tried to walk for like 45 minutes to make it better. And I am a little better now :)
