There were some angry skies in Mabelthrope yesterday. A nice trip though. As child I had my first tooth come out during my first family holiday. I screamed bloody murder for 2 hours apparently and then slept for 24. My parents then couldn't understand why I was miserable every time I went.

Going back after a long time away it has of course changed little but the bits that have are very nice. the boating lake especially. If you like geese.

Cross Keys Bridge, Lincolnshire, also known as Sutton Bridge (from a nearby village) is a swing bridge over the River Nene, and was built in 1897, replacing an earlier bridge.
