Today, I felt like baking with a Dutch oven. I usually bake this #sourdough #khorasan recipe under steam but it worked nicely in the Dutch oven. The crumb is slightly softer and the crust a bit thinner. This will be an excellent sandwich bread. #bread

Iteration No 3 of the #khorasan #sourdough #bread. I accidentally doubled the amount of psyllium husks (20g instead of 10g). That had no negative effect. I increased the time with lid to 40 minutes and 25 without. The previous iteration came out just slightly undercooked in the middle. Now it seems just right. I burned my thumb because I got distracted and tried to pick up the hot lid with bare hands. #BreadBaking
