@radicalfaery I just noticed your handle. One day, decades ago near #WashingtonSquarePark in #NYC my late wife a couple of gay friends and I were attending pride. We were swept up by a group of #RadicalFaeries into a performance space at NYU and watched #JudyGarland perform after the troup started chanting #Judy #Judy #Judy
I'm really glad that Judy at Carnegie Hall left in her little asides to the audience between songs because she's funny and very charming and self-effacing. I can see why a whole generation or two of gays fell in love with her.
"Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" is a song written in 1943 by #HughMartin and #RalphBlane and introduced by #JudyGarland in the 1944 #MGM musical #MeetMeInStLouis. #FrankSinatra later recorded a version with modified lyrics. In 2007, #ASCAP ranked it the third most performed #Christmas song during the preceding five years that had been written by ASCAP members.

The third video features various works of art from the Yellow Brick Road and several exhibits from Oz Museum, both of which are located in Wamego.
The video works best when played alongside Judy Garland’s performance of Over the Rainbow, which YouTube’s copyright protection system wouldn’t allow me to include.
