while I'm at it, #Jetstar changed my upcoming flight so I had to cancel. They say we send a voucher. The voucher arrives and is less than what I paid for the (fully changeable) tickets. I email them, no answer. Their 18 digits voucher number is an image. Their chat bot does not understand the question. I think I go for a walk now.
