Apparently a piece of news I missed yesterday amid the #TrumpTaxReturns was some of the final #January6thReport transcripts. Alyssa Farah Griffin, who was the White House Director of Strategic Communications, claims #JaredKushner blocked Biden’s access to #Covid19 planning in the final days of the Trump era.
Not only is this foul but this could’ve costed people their lives. So even though some were cooperating with the #January6thCommittee they were still doing Trump’s bidding till the end.

That “dereliction of duty” violates his oath of office and constitutes a criminal act. When there is a duty to act, the failure to act creates liability.
