@twwoodward I understand the purpose of tiered support systems for SaaS companies, but when I put in a ticket with Tier 2 or 3 level details (log errors, network error details, steps to repeat) then it should be bumped up to that level support. Nothing was more frustrating than getting that Tier 1 request to log out/in, restart, etc after a detailed ticket.
