Being magical is a choice I make. Over and over again.

Not because my life looks like a Pinterest altar. (hahaha)

Not because I’m always grounded or glowing or in flow.

Not because I have it all figured out.

But because I choose it.

Again and again.

I choose to light the candle instead of scrolling.

I choose to walk through the forest like it’s a spell.

I choose to pour my tea like it’s medicine.

To trust the tug in my gut.

To whisper a question to the wind and believe the answer will come.

Even when I feel doubtful.

Even when I feel too tender.

Even when the dishes are piled and my brain is foggy and I’m spiralling into “what’s the point?”

Especially then.

Being magical isn’t about how you look.

It’s about how you live.

How you listen.

How you return to yourself - again and again - with gentleness, and with presence.

Today has been a full-spectrum magic kind of day.

I’ve worked on my course - The Liberation Spell™ - and every time I touch it, it feels like I’m building a spellbook for my past and future selves. (And maybe yours too.)

I’ve attended a deep and intense segment of the Intentional Peer Support training, all about how we understand crisis and self-injury as language. It was intense - and so very giving.

Then I shifted into a psychic training, exploring the 4 types of psychic abilities - and how we’re already receiving so much more than we think.

And in between, I’ve been cocooned in the soft, shadowy glow of a dark feminine, witchy business space, soaking up oodles of perspective on how I want to be seen, serve, and stand in my truth as a business owner.

It’s been a LOT… but it’s been delicious.

Layered and alive.

Stretchy in the best way.

And of course… I listened to it all the way I prefer to do:

By making something with my hands.

Doodling. Crafting. Moving.

Today it looked like… a pink belt 😂💕

Because apparently, this is what integration looks like for me.

It will probably be more cushion covers but in a different pattern this time …maybe some kind of randomised check/tartan.. 🧐

1.6 m x 55 cm off the loom with only a little bit off surplus yarn left on the shuttles (maybe for som band weaving). Took only two nights to weave 💪.
Sturdy pure wool fabric destined for cushion covers …maybe for sale, maybe just for us.
But first I need to soak the fabric (after I’ve gotten the cat off of it 😂)

Hi, I’m Pipaluk (Pipa)! This is my first post on Pixelfed, and I’m excited to share a little piece of my world with you.

I’m a wife, mom to three incredible boys, and dog mom to Sofus, our lovable wirehaired dachshund. We live in Qaqortoq, in Inuit Nunaat—a place where the Arctic’s beauty shapes everything I do.

I’m a former hairdresser who left the salon in 2019 to follow a new dream. Today, I co-own Inuacare, a clean skincare brand infused with handpicked Arctic herbs, alongside my wonderful mother-in-law. It’s more than skincare—it’s a love letter to nature, tradition, and care.

In 2022, stress and anxiety caught up with me. By late 2023, I knew I needed to slow down, live more intentionally, and embrace a gentler pace. That shift has helped me rediscover creativity and joy—knitting, crafting earrings, playing with sourdough, and cherishing life’s small, quiet moments.

These days, I work just a few hours on Inuacare, but every moment is filled with passion and gratitude. Life in the Arctic moves at its own rhythm—guided by nature, family, and the simple beauty of everyday life.

I’m here to share glimpses of slow living, healing, and finding joy in the little things. Thanks for being here!
