Didn't expect it to work on a corset, but it did!I've used synthetic whalebone rather than steel or rigilene boning, so it will settle in with wear and mold to her shape. Of course, I will put in grommets and lacing once I have my new die set.Kiddo was a bit disappointed that it isn't super curvy. Eva the sewing historianI made an early imperial Roman tunica. I don't have anywhere to wear it ATM but I couldn't resist te 100% wool etamine. And I love these flowing garments, just two rectangle sewn together and pinned together at the shoulders. I am using buttons until I find some nice, small, and lightweight Roman fibulae. Zeta JaneI made this outfit a while ago and it's still one of my favorites. It was mostly inspired by Edwardian fashion.
