Booked it! I got my Dad a bottle of Stockport Gin for Xmas, I'm yet to taste it! However, as a treat for me, Mrs. C and the boy, we've booked a distillery tour in April. A double G&T on arrival and another part way through the tour. After the tour I'll guide Conor on his first visit to some of Stockport's excellent boozers. No Robbie's for me, though, it's not vegan! An incredibly delicious (not) gin and tonic tonight. Made with my homegrown (not) gin that I distilled with all homegrown ingredients of cypress, coriander seed, lemon balm, elderflower and oak moss.

A big shout out to @drinkswriter his book about gin opened my eyes to the vast varied amounts of different ingredients that can go into gin and inspired me to try to make a completely homegrown gin. It turned out so much better than I expected. I'm stupidly proud of myself.
