Ban Dart<p>I started making the honest attempt to go for at least a 20 minute walk everyday. I do a lap down and back on my road that I live on. Yesterday I even had time to do it twice once prior to work and then after dinner. Mar :🌻<p>I walked up and down my back steps 20 times then came in and did some abdominal exercise that respiratory therapist did with me yesterday. She wore my butt out yesterday. On top of the abdominal exercises, I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the bike, and 10 on the stair stepper. I was actually a little weak and sore to do the stair stepper, but I'm bound and determined to build myself up. geonich<p>I'm fat! There. I said it now for the millionth time. Fat shame me? I'm ok with it. I hate being fat. I know it's not healthy, not attractive and not good for my mental health. I stress eat and have the health complications to show for it. Yes, I got myself there and I need to fix it.</p><p>Note - this is my personal feeling. Some people embrace their fat and I'm happy for them.
