sotolfTsoding daily is currently doing a series about building a gemini browser which does kind of makes me a bit more interested in the thing, I'm still under the opinion that there are way too little stuff there to make it interesting to browse, but the tech is at least a bit more fun.I'm sure there would be a way to lossily convert html to gemtext some way, that would be kind of a fun project to make something that would be able to convert the stuff over, I'm sure someone else has had the thought though.So maybe that would be something fun to do.<a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/gemini_protocol" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#gemini_protocol</a>

It’s feels so much like the early web. It doesn’t lend itself to commercial interests because it’s so bare bones and odd. Gemini would be a far more suitable place to put various types of tech documentation than on the Web. That’s just one use case.
