I made "poblagna" Roasted poblanos, flour tortillas, cotija cheese, corn, salt, pepper, repeat. Pour well-beaten eggs over the entire casserole, top with grated cotija. Bake 350°F for 25-30ish mins, until casserole is "set." You may broil for 5 mins to brown topping if desired. Top w favorite enchilada sauce or salsa. 150 g Datteln (am besten Medjool, da sie schön weich sind, sonst die Datteln vorher etwas einweichen lassen )
·2 EL Kakaopulver
·1TL Matcha-Pulver
1 TL Zimt
2 EL Erdnussbutter (cremig oder crunchy, je nach Geschmack )
·50 g gemahlene Mandeln
· Eine Prise Meersalz
(Etwas matcha oder wie bei uns Matcha latte pulver zum verzieren)
