Moroccan inspired lamb stew with couscous
Herby pudding with the roast (very like Yorkshire, but slightly denser and with lots of dried herbs). Monday leftovers pretty much tagine flavours, but a bit thicker and not not cooked in one, hence 'inspired'.

Good day. Met some #warcraft guildies (one of whom was over in London from Sweden) for a beer in the afternoon, then made excellent dinner.
