Just wrapped a noir supers game using Fate Condensed in a corporate-run city hanging by a thread.

It ended with the community defender—Abby Dynes—framed for drug production in her own neighborhood. She was arrested on camera, while the real mastermind vanished behind an AEGIS badge and a false identity.

A rooftop kill. A spined guard gunned down by an AEGIS drone mid-wave.
A feed-chaser’s report spun the truth, and the city moved on.

There was no big showdown. Just silence, shadow, and one last scene:
The Stranger limping back down the stairs, not even sure the story was over.

Hello dice.camp neighbors! Intro time.

I'm a wargamer and role playing gamer coming back to both this year after decades away. (With a few unsuccessful attempts along the way to get my kids into RPGs.)

Wargaming: #Battletech in middle school, then #40k in college. Returned through #WarhammerUnderworlds and #OnePageRules to learn I prefer skirmish games, leading me to #WarCry and #KillTeam.

RPGs: started with Basic #DnD, then #BardGames, #Palladium, #WarhammerFRP, #d20. Now enjoying #FateCore.
