Arrived!

Another stack of slides arrived yesterday. Most slides are from the 1950's and 1960's, the latter framed in then still luxuriously expensive slide frames with anti-Newton glass.

Everything is very smudged and dusty on the outside - my whole scanning table is dirty. But fortunately the slide film itself is perfectly preserved... 🤩🤩

In total, around 1,200 more slides arrived yesterday. Together with the stack of films from a few weeks ago, I'll probably have enough to do until the summer. 🙄🤭

"Lass mich noch einmal in die Ferne" - analog fotografiert auf lange überlagertem DM CN100 Farbdiafilm. Wäre dieser herrliche Diafilm noch erhältlich, ich würde ihn sofort wieder kaufen - trotz (oder gerade wegen) seiner manchmal schwierigen Farbwiedergabe. 😉
