This included the Conservative Party of Canada's passage of omnibus Bill C-38 -- weakened national water protections, killed implementation requirements for the Kyoto Protocol and exempted oil and gas pipelines from the Navigational Waters Act.

I hate strategic voting. If climate destroying, wealth transfer policies aren't what you want, why are you intending to endorse them at the ballot box?
