#OnThisDay in 1954, Singer #ElvisPresley's 1st professional recording session (with guitarist Scotty Moore & bass player Bill Black) takes place at Sam Phillips' Memphis Recording Service in Memphis, Tennessee. The trio record four songs including their historic cover of Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup's song "That's All Right".

"Gimme All Your Lovin'" is a song by American rock band #ZZTop from their 1983 album #Eliminator. It was released as the album's first single in early 1983. The single reached No. 37 on the US #Billboard Hot 100 chart, and reached No. 10 on the #UKSinglesChart. It ties with the band's 1992 cover of #ElvisPresley's "#VivaLasVegas" as their highest-charting single in the UK. The song was produced by band manager #BillHam, and recorded and mixed by #TerryManning.
