Sir thalon :klingon:<p>Heute bekam ich Werbung für eine „Pflege-Bahr“-Zusatzversicherung. Klingt nach Selbstbestimmung – nur: Ich habe seit Geburt einen Pflegegrad. Damit bin ich per Gesetz von der Förderung ausgeschlossen. Wer bereits Leistungen aus der Pflegeversicherung erhält, darf gar nicht erst einsteigen. Das ist die Logik des aktuellen Systems. </p><p>Warum ist das unfair? Weil ausgerechnet Menschen mit angeborener Behinderung oder frühem Pflegebedarf ausgesperrt werden – diejenigen mit dem größten Risiko und Bedarf. „Vorsorge ja – aber bitte nur, wenn du früher gesund warst.“ Absurd.</p><p>Warum nervt mich das? Weil ich regelmäßig mit Versicherungsversprechen adressiert werde, die mir die Tür vor der Nase zuschlagen. Ich lebe Unabhängigkeit dank Technik, Assistenz und Community – nicht dank einer Förderung, die mich systemisch ausschließt.</p><p>Was muss die Politik tun?<br>• Ausschluss kippen: Förderung auch für bereits Pflegebedürftige ermöglichen (z.
