Opting out of all marketing materials/contacts on my credit card was a 2 part process specifically designed to make "opting out" way more difficult.
Not only that, but the person taking my "opt out" demand, had access to my account information but wasn't able to look at it while filling out the paper form she needed to submit.
NOTE: credit card/all companies need to institute a Default "no marketing" rule and then make opting in, a process just as difficult as opting out. #Dickhead biz.
