In #Europe, there isn't much of a need for #PayPal or #Stripe or #CreditCards since every single bank account within the #EU supports #SEPA and in #Germany, people use #DebitCards via #girocard which basically even the worst basic bank account by a public bank regulated as utility (i.e. Sparkasse) must offer.
And with "must offer" I mean that Sparkasse wanted to fire Neonazis as customers but explicitly were forced to keep them since they are regulated as a must-provide utility and can't fire them unless they were to defraud them...
In fact, payment processors aren't really allowed to discriminate and only interfere upon court orders and if it's obvious fraud (i.e. the same card being used in two places so far apart from each other it's impossible for both transactions to be legitimate)...
