PeterOne of the ways you know Lynch didn't have final cut on Dune is that the Blu Ray has chapters. He generally didn't like those, because a film is *one singular piece* and shouldn't be broken up. Which, yeah, that makes a lot of sense to me. (However, I quite like the way boutique label Vinegar Syndrome does it: Not chapters, but reels.
