Some colleagues <br>and I are presenting our&nbsp;anecdotal stories at a conference to try to <br>encourage research on the topic. We will be presenting the little bit of <br>research already done, but want to support it with first hand <br>experiences. The session is in bridging research and practice, so the <br>anecdotal end is the practice side of the equation.</p><p>If anyone on here has an example they would like or be willing for us to <br>include as anecdotal support for why we need more evidence based science <br>to support this cultural humility endeavor, please send it to me?&nbsp;Just <br>to clarify, this is&nbsp;not research!! As a former IRB chair I am going to <br>be excruciatingly careful not to misrepresent this!</p><p>Thanks for any input!
