Dreamed last night of a movie, "A Christmas Story" but it's a Bollywood movie in India with a hot metal slide and instead of Santa Claus it's Ganesh the elephant whose foot comes down toward [not Ralphie]. Definitely a dream because Ganesh said "ho ho ho."

She was terrified when her daughter started dating her boyfriend who rode a motorcycle, afraid they'd found her. Until she talked to him. Then she was angry she'd become a grandmother far sooner than she wished. And stayed angry for a long time.

They informed her the last of the mob who could hurt her had died and she could go back. She no longer wanted to. She found some comfort in gambling.

Iona had to change her name after testifying in court after she saw a mob hit in her record store.

She was moved into witness protection, from a city to a small East Texas town and started dying her hair natural colors--grey to make her look older than she was. Some makeup to create "crow lines" before they came in for real. She moved on with *a* life, but no longer the one that was hers.

Woke up from a dream where Julee Cruise was singing a cover of Johnny Cash and June Carter's song "Ring of Fire" at the Tip Top Cafe in Huntsville, Alabama.

I don't remember that actually happening, but that would have been so cool.

Woke up angry because my bicycle was stolen. My actual bike isn't, but my bike in my dream was. I decide I'm going back to sleep to get it back.

Between a parking entrance and exit is a large dark dumpster and leaning against it--my bicycle!

I walk toward it and it's taking forever to move. Man on truck reaching for my bike.

I remember I'm dreaming this, so I fold space and grab my bicycle.

He's caught and they find hundreds of bikes.

I got mine back

Strange dream.

Asteroids hit Earth. In the Grand Canyon. Causing it to be filled and become glass.
