Es un antídoto contra el fatalismo: demuestra que nada es irreversible.
Si el discurso pudo evolucionar en el pasado para peor, también puede ser transformado (para mejor, para la multitud) en el futuro.

Freshly published: my review of The Discursive Construction of Economic Inequality edited by Gómez-Jiménex & Toolan for the 70th issue of the Miscelánea journal.

It is an antidote for fatalism: it demonstrates that nothing is irreversible.
If discourse could evolve in the past for the worse, it could also be reshaped (for the better, for the many) in the future.

The news reads (in the English version): 2025-2028 The German Research Foundation (DFG) has approved the third funding phase of the CRC 1252 “Prominence in Language”, which will begin on January 1, 2025. We are thrilled that we have the opportunity to continue our research on prominence in language with a focus on larger discourse structures and dialogue over the next four years. The CRC reaches 500 Publications! We are pleased to announce that considering both funding phases, the CRC has just surpassed the 500 publications mark!
