So far I have made 30 dollars with the #scoopz creator fund.

I need to start making more #videos as it occurred to me that I have reach now, and I've cultivated a small community that I enjoy.

This means a lot to me as I want to share a much info as I can about my condition, and the situation of being #homeless from something you cannot help combined with #addiction.

Thanks for following me on this.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing :)

I’m sharing my experiences with my newborn blog’s traffic.
Two weeks into foodculturebites.com launch #flipboard remains the best source of traffic.
Also worth mentioning is the traffic coming from the #Fediverse.
I can see the metrics in Google analytics => traffic source => first user manual ad content= shows which magazines are sending traffic.
I am following activity on #Surf and publishing feeds to #Bluesky

Italian YouTuber Once Were Nerd faces charges for reviewing handhelds with preloaded ROMs 🎮

30+ consoles seized; he’s accused under Italy’s Article 171 copyright law ⚖️
He claims the reviews were objective, not promotion 🧑‍⚖️

Should reviewing such devices be a crime? 🤔

PC Gamer · Retro gaming YouTuber faces criminal charges and possible jail time for reviewing handheld consoles that shipped with pre-loaded ROMsBy Andy Chalk

I'm so tired of leftist content creators who are men being outed as fucking creeps.

I don't deify content creators, or leftists, or other human beings at all for that matter.. but it's so disheartening that every fucking time I find someone who's content I enjoy and learn from, they end up leveraging their online popularity in predatory ways with young women followers.

Be better.

"Don't be a fucking predator" is a low fucking bar - why can't you all get over it??

Mastodon (official) mobile apps and mastodon.social, mastodon.online web UI will include easily dismissable donation banner:
news.itsfoss.com/mastodon-in-a
(Some people often get mad if a project asks for donation within its software UI, but I think volunteer devs also deserve to get some payment for their work, it's fair to include a donation notice, if it doesn't annoy users with its placement.)

Brave and AdGuard will block Microsoft Recall:

Bluesky introduces age verification (using payment cards, ID scans, or face scans) for accessing adult content and direct messaging, and content controls for UK users:
alternativeto.net/news/2025/7/
(Yeah we're heading into a dystopian future, where you can't use social media without giving up sensitive information... Or can't send messages because a small portion of predators also use that feature... It shouldn't be the responsibility of governments and social media platforms to protect children, it's the parents' task to protect their children. If governments would really care about protecting children, they would rather push campaigns targeted towards parents to raise awareness of the importance of paying attention what their child is doing online. But nah, this "protect children" thing is only pushed for emotional manipulation, so that the governments can cover their arse, while building surveillance infrastructure.)
