Ergebnis jetzt, 18 g rein, 92 g raus in 21 Sekunden.

I hate trying to roast when I’ve got a cold. I’m a super taster so can often smell/taste the roast from the other side of the house. When I’m sick, my olfactory system is normal person and I don’t think I could cope.
It’s a little darker than I’d like, but it’ll do. (17 mins at 450 f in an air fryer).
Finally got a vacuum sealer. Gonna save some beans for later in freezer

And this, this is why I #roast my own #coffee at home #HomeRoaster #CoffeeNerd
(Forgive the cup, my regular one is dirty).
Green beans from #NosaFamilia in #PDX (Guatamala FSJM T1) at $9 per pound, roasted yesterday in my oven using a wire rack and the air roast function for 12 minutes.
2x Shots pulled in a #GaggiaClassic with 6 bar spring + PID, bottomless 58mm with 24 in and 2.5x yeild.
It is a goooood cup.
Any #coffeenerd can advice on #zp6 special and #aeropress recipe?
Our standard 30g beans + 500ml just off the boil filtered water Chemex brew, starting with 50ml water 30 second bloom.
Extraction time was just under 4 minutes, bang on really but could maybe take the grind down a notch next time.
(Some day we need to replace our now 15 year old Dualit burr grinder.... but it suffices for now.)

I swear I’m getting better at this.
Gutamalan FSJM green beans from #NossaFamilia in Portland. Air roasted yesterday on an air frier tray in my oven for 12 minutes (preheated oven to 425F)
23 grams in, 58mm basket, 20 secs, 48 grams out (so a little fast).
But loooook. I managed a light roast!
What happens when I take my husband @micah to a coffee shop? We come home with $60 of coffee, of course #coffee #coffeenerd #local
This apparatus is quite impressive. Not sure I would want to stand too close.

I made a data dashboard with #LookerStudio for the coffee I have in my freezer. It's the first time using Looker Studio, so I'd be grateful for any comments or feedback! The tables and charts are cross-filtering, so the info should change depending on what has been selected. The reset button reverts the report to the default view.

This is entirely a #coffee nerd problem, so bear with me.
Because I appreciate the difference between brewing a cone filter in both a V60 and an Origami dripper, I'm finding myself wanting to get a Kalita dripper to see how different a wave filter tastes between the dripper it's designed for and an Origami.
I need someone to talk me out of buying YET ANOTHER DRIPPER, or someone to convince me that it's a good idea to buy another one.
