In the day and age of ballpoint pens, fountain pens seem to feather a lot because paper isn't made for fountain pens anymore. Except some specific brands. I shall stick with Exacompta and Clairefontaine paper for flashcards and postcards. Look closely and you can sed the paper grain.

I also had a <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Clairefontaine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Clairefontaine</a> bound A5 notebook that performed better in the pen test, so luckily I could switch out the Stalogy. I guess I can use the Stalogy with certain fountain pens and some gel pens I have for maybe a work notebook or commonplace book.

The paper feels really...draggy? I'll mess around with it more, but my initial reaction is bleh.
