Die Magdeburger #Lichterwelt, die jedes Jahr von Ende November bis Februar mit LED-Lichtinstallationen (z. T. zur Geschichte Magdeburgs) in der gesamten Innenstadt kostenlos für Ambiente sorgt. Ganz rechts sieht man noch einen Teil der Magdeburger Halbkugeln auf dem #Domplatz (siehe 2. Bild).

"Lichterwelt" (World of Lights) in #Magdeburg features LED light sculptures all over the downtown area, many of which relate to the history of Magdeburg. On the right, in front of #MagdeburgCathedral, you see part of a representation of the famous Hemisphere experiment (see second photo). The light installations are free of charge and on from November to February.

I heard on the radio that Blackpool's famous Christmas lights were turned on tonight. Anyone else thing it's a bit early, especially considering they're going to be on for a third of the year? I mean, it's still literally the school summer holidays!
I should have probably used a reference instead of trying to draw Blackpool from memory .
