It´s a calisthenics strength training.

When the playground is empty and it's not raining, I have to take advantage of it. Okay, I did scare off three teens who were sitting at the picnic table behind me, though I told them I'd be gone soon and they didn't have to go on my account. I like my form from the third rep on; not so much the first two.

I have signed up for the #PushUps #CharityChallenge (https://charitychallenges.org/plans/2025-spring-challenge/) with the goal of getting 50 consecutive push ups.
The plan is to do #GreaseTheGroove with #EveryHourOnTheHour of 33% of the weekly max push ups. With the initial max count of 15 and now has increased to 24.
The push ups are done slow and controlled, so that I can mitigate a flare up of a past elbow injury.

91 decline push-ups in set one today for a rep record at this level of difficulty and also a new best set time — beating my time to 90 reps from four weeks ago by 58 seconds. I'll knock out another 1–2 sets tonight. 100 reps coming soon! Meanwhile, I'm off for a challenging ride on the road bike.
