Well, I've done my part:
I canceled Disney+ and Amazon Prime. On my phone, I removed all the Google applications, switched to Qwant (which works very well for daily use), replaced ChatGPT with LeChat, and replaced Google Maps with TomTom Amigo and Mappy (having two is better when you're a real estate agent :) ).
Finally, I deleted my Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, and this week, Amazon (which we used often).
@opticmystic The could replace it with this one:

Article in the "Postillion" (the "German Onion"). Title "Gesture of Solidarity: Russia Presents USA with Statue of Unliberty"
An app on your phone that can scan products in the supermarket and tells you whether the product's manufacturer is #USA based. It must exist, surely? If not, I'll create one in anger.

My wife and I did this today when we were at the Real Canadian Superstore. We saw lots that were already flipped over. Elbows up, Canada!

From the BuyFromEU community on Reddit, a post by a user named Scottca (@saelliott.bsky.social) reads: "A great idea! Pass it on. ca Canadian shoppers are starting a new habit. After checking an item if it is a US product they return it to the shelf upside down and turn several more of the same item upside down so the next shopper knows to skip that product." A political cartoon depicting a figure resembling Donald Trump holding a large cannon labeled "Trade War." The cannon is pointed at a person wearing a shirt that says "Trump Voter," whose head is exploding with smoke and debris. Above the scene, the word "BOOM!" is written. To the left, there are signposts pointing to "Canada," "China," and "Mexico." The cartoon is signed by Mike Luckovich. At the bottom, the hashtag "#DUMBFUCKS" is prominently displayed.

A large outdoor billboard in an urban setting displays an advertisement for Lindt chocolate. The left side features an image of a Lindt chocolate bar with decorative white floral elements. On the right side, bold black text reads: "IN RESPONSE TO TARIFFS, SWISS CHOCOLATE MAKER LINDT CUTS THE U.S. OUT AS THEIR SUPPLIER AND WILL SHIP DIRECTLY TO CANADA." In the top left corner, there is a small logo that says "Next Chapter."

The image contains a social media post by a user named "kare_audr" with a Canadian flag emoji. The post reads: "Quite aside from the damage to goodwill, which is already incalculable, the US is no longer a safe supplier of unprocessed food, because it's no longer tracking outbreaks of infections. No sane purchaser will buy produce that might contain E. coli, dairy that might contain listeria, meat that might contain salmonella, and the US is keeping it secret. Boycotting American produce, meat and dairy isn't just a matter of Canadian patriotism, it's also a matter of public health."
