A sack of flour in Gaza is now going for $500. Let that sink in. That’s up from $350 last fucking week — and it was $100 a few weeks before that. Israel isn’t just dropping bombs. They’re weaponizing hunger. This is a starvation campaign. It’s cruel. It’s criminal. It’s genocidal.
It’s easy to feel powerless watching this shit unfold, but we’re not completely toothless. Boycotts aren’t the end-all solution — but they are a weapon, and one that’s proven effective. Just ask Tesla how that’s going for them.
McDonald’s is on the BDS boycott list, and unlike weapons manufacturers or some faceless bank, McD’s is everywhere. A visual action at a local McD’s puts the heat right in the belly of the beast — in cities, in the burbs, wherever.
They’re selling food while people in Gaza starve. Make that contrast visible. Hit them where it hurts — their brand.
Don’t just boycott. Fucking organize. Make it unignorable.
