Rolled Oates Koji turned into bath liquid for dry skin. I used a bit of old soy sauce Koji for extra protease action, hopefully. Also put together barley Shiro Tamari for 3-4 months fermentation! Breakfast today was with Daikon miso soup and smoked trout.
