@timo zu eurem Thema mit den cell broadcast….
In Südkorea wird cell broadcast sehr viel öfter genutzt. Ich habe etwa jeden zweiten Tag eine bis drei (tonlose) Nachrichten bekommen, wenn (meist alte) Leute vermisst wurden und auch wenn sie wieder gefunden wurden.
Da wurde auch beschrieben, was sie für Klamotten getragen haben und wo man sich per Nachricht melden kann, wenn man diese Person gesehen hat.
Also wenn man es richtig nutzt, funktioniert das ganz gut
