I've been on 3rd shift (11pm-7am) for almost a year now, but weekends still feel very weird. On another note, it's been really nice not being on Meta's platforms. I still feel like I need to work more on how existing here in the Fediverse works for me, but I still feel that way on Tumblr, and every other social media I've been on. It's all so weird, usually feels like speaking into the void, and sometimes just so draining. It doesn't help when I end up having to deal with extremely draining people all week. I&#39;ve dug mine up to play <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ArmoredCore6" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ArmoredCore6</span></a> and when a game supports a simultaneous gamepad+mouse input properly, it&#39;s such a joy to use! The concave trackpads are so much better than the flat ones in <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/SteamDeck" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>SteamDeck</span></a>, that are mostly good for handling menus and as other auxiliary input. Though I do prefer their emulated click in Steam Deck compared to the mechanical one here.</p><p>And guess what, it uses regular AA batteries, so it&#39;s virtually timeless!</p>
