I haven’t fed the #alpacas & #lambs yet.
I’ll wait another 10 minutes for the better half to take her work from home lunch break.
That way, if I damage myself somehow feeding the #MudBrothers (again) I’ll have help at hand.
This morning, as I was heading off to the doctors, 2 women walking #Malamutes saw me hopping into the car & asked if their dogs could get a closer look at the #alpacas & #lambs.
They were on our driveway & the dogs kept looking at our animals & we’re doing lots of head tilting, looking confused.
I said “sure” & we drove off.
The alpacas & lambs had been still eating lucerne & in the rear vision mirror we saw Ozzie move to the gate to put himself between the visitors & his “herd”.
#Lambs & #alpacas have been fed. 2°Celsius out there at the moment!
I’m off to my appointment with the Dr to get a #fluShot & talk to about my recurring #BellsPalsy symptoms.
This week I have had 2 solid days of the behind the ear “earache” plus my lips doing the Mexican wave. Sigh.
Today I spent a little time with the boys out back. While the twins are similar, they look and act different. Ozzie and Oswald are buddies. Today while the alpacas ate carrots, Oswald insisted on scratches around the top of his nose and where his horns would be.
Chaser pretty much did what he always does, he hung back a bit and Lewis did too. They are all my boys though… wouldn’t want it any other way #Alpacas #wilty pols #feeding time #pleasantautumnSunday
You might be wondering how we keep the bottom of the willow tree's branches all at the same height above the ground.
Wonder no more.
During a break in the rain the alpacas decided to chase each other around.
