In 2018 when I was trying to do a rough comparison of the impact of individual decisions, I used 22kg CO2e/kg, from here, which was in line with other sources at the time:

@ElizKane Likewise! I am just dedicating 15-30 minutes a day to learning this new platform so slow going. I want to connect with #AgLaw #AgPolicy #AgEcon #FoodSystems #FoodBusiness #NutritionAccess types but would be psyched to never think about the paid-pr-flack-horror that became #agtwitter ever again.
