Judge Xinis ordered the #Trump admin to return Abrego Garcia to the US by 11:59PM ET on Mon, April 7. She said keeping him in El Salvador constitutes irreparable harm.

If they were *deported* under the questionably legal (US is not at war) #AEA, then it was in violation of the court order. Otherwise they would have to have had final orders of removal.
