Hotspur🏳️🌈🇺🇦<p>"Y," Zdzisław Beksiński, 2005.</p><p>Zdzisław Beksiński was a Polish artist who experimented a lot in surrealism and abstraction. This, the last painting he completed before being murdered in 2005, is from a period of experimentation with form. The artist himself described it as "sheet metal, but not sheet metal," and when I first saw it, I thought it was a ruined kite.</p><p>From the Historical Museum in Sanok, Poland.</p><p><a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Art" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Art</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Abstract" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Abstract</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/DystopianSurrealism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DystopianSurrealism</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/zdzislawbeksinski" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>zdzislawbeksinski</span></a></p>
