Bringing back a post from days yonder! I did eventually get into XTC big time and I currently have their entire discography in my collection. This album is eclectic, retro and still a product of its time. The entire album has a '60s psychedelic feel combined with the vibes of the second summer of love of '89. King For A Day and Mayor Of Simpleton are brilliant tracks.
