After #reading #theory, perhaps a #visit to a center and or #temple … 
We practice #meditation! 
If you have ever tried and given up, you might need a different #technique or approach:
At the #moment a lot of my practice time after the #settling period is #mantra/#chanting. 
During the settling time I do a sort of seated ‘#Yoga Nidra’ (#Yogic Sleep). I may then use techniques from #Shingon or other #esoteric schools. We future #Buddhas are an #eclectic #sangha of #misfits, #mystics, #worriers and #warriors … 
One interesting thing I found out about my brother; he is more of a worrier than I thought. I asked him for some tums, and he got them for me, asked me if this happens often. I said no, he went upstairs to get the blood pressure cuff. He checked it, my BP was fine. He was worried I was having a heart attack. #Brothers #lovemybrother #family #worriers
