Also started this cherry wood spoon, it will have a shallow bowl. Trying to carve off all the pieces that don't feel like a spoon. I can't carve for hours and hours, my hands aren't strong enough for that, and I think it's time for some knife sharpening.

I left this in a ziplock bag with a sprinkle of water till next session.

Assembled a small table for my basement and finished off this spalted birch butter spreader from green wood. I love how the darker heartwood is visible across the blade of the spreader and the black spalting marks through the creamy handle.

Finished with sandpaper, a finishing sponge, and a beeswax/tung oil blend.

Hey all, I'll try to catch up later, but I'm on a really painful day with #Fibromyalgia and the latest trendy virus going around the village.

But I made this holder for keyrings for a potential craft fair later this year or if I can try and sell them another way.

The stand isn't finished but it's pretty sturdy. It's the first time I've tried to make something like this, so it has... quirks. #quirksbutworks?

Hey all,

So I've been having something of a crash over the weekend. Nothing dramatic, but huge energy lows.

But I've progressed some woodwork over the weekend and had something of a life-organising session with wifey because I have to reduce stressors now. My anxiety and restlessness have been crazy recently, and it's not doing me any favours.

Anyway, I've just been on #pinterest collecting #woodwork ideas/inspiration together. Some really awesome stuff out there.
